About
Christoffer Jensen
I’ve never been able to sit in one lane. Designer, builder, product leader. For over a decade I’ve turned ambiguous ideas into products people use.
I studied business before design, so I read a product by what it can win as much as how it works. The design years ran through BLK LZY, consulting inside global businesses. Human-machine interfaces for Scania’s autonomous vehicles. Innovation R&D at the H&M group. Telecare taken to new markets at Careium. The task was the same every time: walk in cold, find the real problem behind the brief, own the design throughout.
Then Nibiru, the studio behind Planet IX, one of the largest onchain games. I joined on the product side and took over the design department. I reshaped it around my own methods and was promoted to Experience & Design Director, owning the product experience across the studio. I directed a no-undo migration of real user assets from one blockchain to another. The app came out number one on its new chain within a month.
Today it’s my own ventures. The main seat is Centra, where I’m Chief Product Officer. It’s a consumer layer on the Canton institutional blockchain. I co-originated the product, designed every flow, and built the working prototype against the live ledger. It’s live on mainnet with around four thousand people onboarded, and our CTO has since taken it into the company codebase. The rest are side projects. Oyster AI, which I co-founded, compresses an IT distributor’s solutions-architect workflow from days to minutes. I own everything the user touches, design through code. Heywire is a governed multiplayer canvas where agents and people work the same surface. That one I created and built myself. My Oyster co-founders advise on it. And Kvitta is a Fortnox-approved AI bookkeeper I built end to end on my own.
I know how that reads. It’s a lot, and I’m not superhuman. Part of the answer is that I don’t carry it alone; there are co-founders and teams in some of these. The rest is method. I conceive a product, design it, and build it with AI as my dev proxy. Not as an engineer, but as a designer who knows the stack well enough to say where every piece connects and what it must do. AI makes me fast. It doesn’t make the decisions or design the guardrails.
I lead the way I build. Give talented people room to do their best work. Delegate to myself as readily as to anyone, and hold it all to the same bar. What pulls me now is the hard part: getting AI from “this could work” to deployed, governed, and worth paying for.
Away from product I make music in a duo, Myth Helia. Melodic house and techno built around a fantasy world of our own, with releases on IbogaTech and Recovery Collective and sets at international festivals.
