An AI-native aggregator and academy on the Canton Network, the institutional blockchain for tokenized assets. Role: CPO (Mar 2026–); I co-originated the concept, drew the first flows, features and layout, and built it with the team. Built by a small group that spun out of Nibiru.

Oyster AI turns an IT reseller's case into a generated architecture, validated vendor configurations, and the client-ready collateral that closes the deal: an agentic system doing, end to end, what a solutions architect does by hand. Role: CPO & co-founder, one of three. I own the entire client-facing product (every flow, the value features, design through to shipped code); we built the agentic engine together, with my co-founders leading the vendor-article validation loops.

A desktop-first, model-agnostic AI platform built around a multiplayer canvas and hive: budget caps, audit trails, lifecycle controls, and per-task model routing. The hard problem it solves is getting AI from 'this could work' to deployed, governed, and measurable. Role: creator and builder. A separate venture from Oyster, created and built end to end by me. My two Oyster co-founders advise on it.

Nibiru is the software studio behind Planet IX, one of the largest onchain games. As Experience & Design Director (2023–26) I owned the product experience end to end (everything users saw and interacted with) and took over and ran the design department for about two years, setting a strategy-led, hands-on way of working across the team. Centra spun out of here, and I moved with it as CPO. Role: Product Owner → Experience & Design Director.
