The consultancy years: client-facing product and business design, plus the Gothenburg office I co-founded.
BLK LZY (2019–24) is the product and business design consultancy I worked through, doing client-facing strategic and design work for H&M, Careium, Scania, Martin & Servera, MediCarrier and Buddy. It's also where I turned a business case into reality: in 2022 I co-founded the firm's Gothenburg office and ran it until 2024.

For five years, I was the consultant clients worked with.
Turning ambiguous briefs into shipped product and business design, across a roster of recognizable brands. Client-facing, strategic work delivered under real constraints, for real stakeholders.
I built a business, not just products.
I saw an opening in Gothenburg, an industrial city full of hardware, design and technical startups. I pitched my CEO a business case to open there with a hardware-and-industry focus. He approved it. I co-founded the office and ran it from 2022 to 2024: helped hire a local senior lead, built the go-to-market, chose the events and the entry strategy and sat in the executive forums. Standing up a new business in a new market is the most direct management and commercial exercise I’ve had.
