Knowit
Concept, strategy, UX and art direction at an in-house studio — where I built a UX test lab to put real users in front of the work.
At Knowit Experience (2018–19) I worked across concept, strategy, UX and art direction, and led concept-and-vision pitches that won new business. I also built a UX test lab — a room with a one-way mirror and Tobii eye-tracking — so we could watch how people actually used what we made instead of assuming. Vision and craft on one side; hard evidence on the other.

From the big-picture concept down to the pixels — and the pitch that sells it.
I moved across the whole range here: setting the concept and strategy, shaping the UX, art-directing the result, and leading the concept-and-vision pitches that brought in new business. Carrying an idea from a room full of stakeholders all the way to something built is a muscle I’ve used in every role since.
Ambition is cheap without evidence — so I built the room that supplies it.
The UX test lab — a one-way mirror and eye-tracking — let us watch real people use the work and design from what they did, not what we hoped. Pairing a strong point of view with honest evidence is the same discipline I run on now: hold a clear vision, then let reality correct it.
Concept, Strategy, UX & Art Direction — plus the new-business pitches and the test lab. Range and rigor in one role.
