Hyper Island (2016–17) — a vocational degree as Design Lead (formerly Interactive Art Director). It's known for a way of working more than a syllabus: real teams, hard feedback, and a bias to ship. The leadership-and-design foundation under everything I've built since.

Hyper Island teaches a method more than a subject — work in real teams, give and take blunt feedback, and ship to find out. That method is exactly how I run product today: lead the vision, build it with the team, and let the work teach you as you go.
