Britny
A digital-strategy agency where I built a 'tech safari', a guided walk that showed clients what emerging technology could do for them.
At Britny (2017–18) I ran digital transformation for brands and companies as a digital strategist and project manager: facilitation, planning, and delivery, including a web build for a large client. I also stood up an in-house innovation lab and a 'tech safari': a guided experience that demonstrated disruptive, emerging technology to visiting clients and translated it into what it could mean for their business. It wasn't AI and it wasn't deployment, but it planted an instinct I still run on: show a business what a new technique can do, rather than pitch it.

Digital transformation, run end to end.
I led digital-transformation work for brands and companies, facilitating the strategy, managing the projects, and seeing delivery through, including a web build for a large client. The job was less about any one deliverable and more about moving an organization from where it was to where the technology could take it.
Show a business what's newly possible, then bridge it to adoption.
I built an in-house innovation lab and a “tech safari”: a guided walk through emerging, disruptive technology, framed around what it could actually do for the client in front of me. I’m careful not to oversell what this was: different technology, and nothing deployed out of the safari itself. What it gave me is the opening move I still use: show the thing working, let the room see what it could do for them, and only then talk adoption.
Digital Strategist & Project Manager: strategy, facilitation, and delivery, plus the innovation lab and the tech safari. Where the show-don’t-pitch instinct comes from.
