MediCarrier

Pure product research — 20-plus qualitative interviews turned into a service blueprint that fed a live procurement decision.

A BLK LZY engagement (2021): deep UX research for MediCarrier, a medical-logistics provider. I ran 20-plus qualitative interviews, wrote the full reports, mapped a service blueprint, and fed the findings into a real procurement phase. It's the listening end of product — the part that decides whether everything built afterward is even aimed at the right thing.

01The work

Interviews in, a service blueprint and a procurement decision out.

Twenty-plus qualitative interviews, written up in full, synthesized into a service blueprint, and carried into a live procurement phase. Not a deck that sits on a shelf — research with a decision riding on it.

02Why it counts

The discipline of starting from real evidence.

I build AI-first now, but the habit underneath hasn’t changed: start from what’s actually true for real people, and let that aim the build. The listening is what keeps an ambitious product honest — and it’s a part of the craft I’m glad I learned the slow way.

Role

UX Researcher under BLK LZY — interviews, reporting, the service blueprint, and procurement-phase input. The evidence end of product design.
