Orca replaces the rented tools a firm barely uses with software it owns, fitted to how it works. It is for firms of 20 to 300 people that bill for their time. Atlas maps the firm, Forge builds its system from a reusable core and Care runs it. The first product is Orca Work: projects, time, the invoicing basis and a client portal. One token file generates the CSS, the TypeScript constants and the icons, on a 12 column grid that an audit enforces on every build. Role: Creator, built solo end to end. The site is live and the product runs on demo data.

Oyster AI turns an IT reseller's case into a generated architecture, validated vendor configurations and the client-ready collateral that closes the deal: an agentic system doing, end to end, what a solutions architect does by hand. Role: CPO & co-founder, one of three. I own the client-facing product: every flow, the value features and the design. I write the shipped code and our CTO clears it before it ships. We built the agentic engine together, with my co-founders leading the vendor-article validation loops.

Seven single-purpose apps for the records a household keeps: storage, a driving log, receipts, a paper archive, a service log, a wine cellar and notes. You say it or photograph it and Glenn files it. One Flutter codebase, one backend and one design system sized for older eyes, with structure from space instead of cards. Role: Creator, built solo end to end. Live on the web in five languages. The App Store submission is being prepared.

A consumer layer on the Canton Network, the institutional blockchain for tokenized assets: one surface to transact, learn and follow the market. Role: CPO (2026), my most recent role. I co-originated the product, designed every flow and built the working prototype against the live ledger. It went live on mainnet and onboarded around 4,000 users; our CTO rebuilt it into the company codebase. Built by a small group that spun out of Nibiru.

Nibiru is the software studio behind Planet IX, one of the largest onchain games. As Experience & Design Director (2023–26) I owned the product experience end to end, everything users saw and interacted with. I also took over and ran the design department for about two years, setting a strategy-led, hands-on way of working across the team. Centra spun out of here. I moved with it as CPO. Role: Product Owner (Feb–Oct 2023) → Experience & Design Director (Oct 2023–Jun 2026).
